These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the m71bat platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account services offered at m71bat.app. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bet. By using m71bat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Binding Agreement
Using m71bat constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Identity Verification
m71bat reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents at any point to verify age, identity, or source of funds before processing withdrawals.
18+ Mandatory

Section 1
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and m71bat (hereinafter "m71bat", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the m71bat website located at m71bat.app, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, crash games, lottery participation, and any promotional offers.
By accessing any part of the m71bat platform — whether by completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply browsing the site as a guest — you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
m71bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to the Terms, m71bat will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the registered address associated with your account. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
- "Platform" refers to the m71bat website, mobile interface, all associated services, and any software operated under the m71bat brand.
- "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the m71bat platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the personal player account created upon successful registration on m71bat.
- "Wallet" refers to the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's m71bat Account.
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion.
- "Real Money Funds" refers to amounts deposited directly by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other supported payment channels.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
m71bat is an adult entertainment platform. Access to and use of the m71bat platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that they access the platform.
- You must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration and on every subsequent login.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated bots, and third-party agents may not register accounts on the platform.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms, either voluntarily via m71bat's self-exclusion tool or under any order or agreement in any jurisdiction.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of m71bat or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must register and operate only one account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
m71bat reserves the right to request proof of age — including a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any point during the account lifecycle. Processing of withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification. Players are encouraged to have their documents ready to avoid delays.

Account Registration
To access the full range of services on m71bat — including placing bets, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Registration Requirements

- Chosen username and a strong, unique password

Account Security Obligations
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
- You must notify m71bat support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- m71bat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
- Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and available to all account holders.
m71bat enforces a strict one account per person policy. If a player is found to operate more than one account — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — m71bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances across those accounts. Players who have accidentally created duplicate accounts must contact support immediately to resolve the situation before any activity is conducted on the duplicate account.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on m71bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). m71bat supports a range of local payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly in most cases. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
- m71bat does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your mobile money provider may apply its own transaction charges.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- m71bat reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of the payment method used for any deposit.
- In the event of a failed or duplicate deposit, contact support with your transaction reference. Do not re-attempt the transaction without first confirming the status of the original payment.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to method availability.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for bKash and Nagad; up to 30 minutes for Rocket; up to 1 business day for bank transfers.
- m71bat does not charge withdrawal fees. Mobile money provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.
- Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only Real Money Funds and fully wagered bonus conversions are withdrawable.
- m71bat may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity and source-of-funds verification. Players who cooperate promptly with verification requests will experience the fastest turnaround times.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
m71bat offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion alongside these general bonus terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that particular promotion.
Welcome Bonus
Available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Full terms, minimum deposit amount, and wagering requirements are stated on the promotion page at time of offer.
Seasonal Promotions
Special offers are available during BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and other key Bangladesh calendar events. Check the promotions page for current offers.
Reload Bonuses
Existing players may receive reload bonus offers on subsequent deposits. Eligibility and terms vary per promotion and may be personalised to your account activity.
Cashback & Rebates
Selected players may receive cashback on net losses over a defined period. Cashback amounts are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to standard wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
- m71bat reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if it reasonably believes a player is abusing the bonus system, exploiting promotional terms, or acting in bad faith.
- Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically on expiry without further notice.
- m71bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if it believes the promotion is being abused or is no longer commercially viable.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting, casino gaming, crash game, lottery, and Tower game activity conducted on the m71bat platform. Product-specific rules are also published within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.
Sports Betting
- All bets are accepted subject to available funds in the Player's wallet at the time the bet is placed.
- Bets confirmed by the system are binding. m71bat will not cancel confirmed bets at the Player's request except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, m71bat's settlement rules for that specific market will apply. In most cases, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned.
- Live in-play bets may be refused or delayed during connectivity interruptions. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure a stable connection when placing in-play bets.
- m71bat reserves the right to limit bet stakes for individual markets, events, or Player accounts at its sole discretion.
Casino & RNG Games
- All slot and RNG games use certified random number generators. Game results are independent of previous outcomes.
- Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by individual game providers and are available within each game's information section.
- In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets are voided and stakes returned to the Player's wallet.
- Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant as presented by the live dealer. m71bat's platform hosts these games and is not responsible for dealer decisions in accordance with game rules.
Crash Games (Including Aviator)
- Crash games use a provably fair algorithm. The fairness of each round can be independently verified by the Player using the seed values provided.
- Auto cash-out features function as configured by the Player. m71bat is not liable for network delays that prevent a manual cash-out from being processed before the crash point is reached.
- Placing a bet in a crash game constitutes acceptance of the risk that the multiplier may crash at 1.00x, resulting in loss of the entire stake for that round.
Lottery & Tower Game
- Lottery draw results are final once published. All draw times are stated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
- Unclaimed lottery prizes expire 30 days after the draw date. Expired prizes are not reinstated under any circumstances.
- Tower game outcomes are determined by the platform's certified random selection system. The Player's chosen risk level affects the probability of success and the associated reward multiplier.
- All Tower game rounds are final once initiated. Partially completed rounds that are abandoned by the Player result in forfeiture of the stake for that round.
Section 7
User Obligations
By using the m71bat platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. m71bat reserves the right to take immediate action — up to and including permanent account closure and legal referral — in response to any prohibited conduct.
Strictly Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including registration, verification, or support interactions.
- Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider information exploitation, or collusion with other players or third parties.
- Using the platform to launder money or process funds of illicit origin.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing m71bat staff, other players, or third-party representatives in any communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion restrictions, or deposit limits set on your account.
Player Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before using m71bat.
- You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings in your jurisdiction. m71bat does not provide tax advice.
- You must keep your contact information — including mobile number and email address — up to date on your account at all times.
- You are responsible for reviewing the current version of these Terms periodically. Continued use of m71bat constitutes acceptance of any updates.
- You must use the responsible gaming tools available on m71bat if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic. These tools include deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.
- You must gamble only with funds you can afford to lose. m71bat strongly discourages chasing losses or gambling under emotional distress.
Section 8
Account Closure & Termination
Players may request voluntary closure of their m71bat account at any time by contacting the support team via the email address listed in the footer of this page. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, m71bat will process the closure within 24 hours, subject to the completion of any pending bets and the withdrawal of any remaining Real Money balance.
m71bat also reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
- Failure to complete identity or source-of-funds verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
- Sustained abusive behaviour directed at m71bat staff or other players.
- Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a deposit made to the account.
Where an account is closed by m71bat due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after any outstanding liabilities have been settled, unless the closure is related to suspected fraud or money laundering — in which case funds may be held pending investigation and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

Additional Provisions
Liability, Disputes & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m71bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption caused by events beyond m71bat's reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers.
m71bat makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and network are adequately protected.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or account action, Players must contact m71bat support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. m71bat's decision on all disputes is final following a thorough internal review. Players are encouraged to provide as much supporting evidence as possible when raising a dispute, including screenshots, transaction references, and timestamps in BST (UTC+6).
Intellectual Property
All content on the m71bat platform — including but not limited to brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of m71bat or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the m71bat platform without prior written consent from m71bat.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never formed part of the agreement.
